Self Care in uncertain times (Part 1)
Show Notes

As we continue to celebrate Women's HERstory Month, I decided to focus on the importance of Self Care in these uncertain times. This will be an extended 2 part talk with mental health clinicians of color. Today's show is Part 1 of 2 covering a topic near and dear to my heart: Support for our mental health and well being. We know that this pandemic has disproportionately impacted women. There is no doubt, for such a time as this, assessing where we are, what support we need and also celebrating our resiliency, is important. Today I am joined by black women who are experts in this area. They offer tips, resources and support while sharing their experiences and how we can individually and collectively destigmatize mental health.
